Your personal information and details that are provided to us will not be released to anyone outside of InesGoretPhotography.

DELIVERY POLICY :

 

As all orders are produced upon request, the wait time for a print is usually between 5-8 working days plus delivery in Australia and up to 30 days outside Australia.

REFUND POLICY :

No refund or remplacement is available. However, accidents or errors may occur. If damages have been incurred during shipping (for frame and canvas), Ines Goret will replace the artwork at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48hrs following the delivery.

 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address to us. If the order come back to us, you will have to pay for shipping the order again.
